Check in is anytime from 3pm – 7pm. We can accommodate a later check-in although we do request prior notice from guests. Check out is 10am on the morning of departure.

All our cabins have their own private outside area, complete with gas-fired BBQ for you to enjoy. At present we do not have any kitchen facilities (however this is planned for the future).

The Old Coach House is fully equipped with modern facilities. The master bedroom contains a double bed with en-suite bathroom and all toiletries provided. The kitchen contains a gas oven and stove top, kettle, toaster, fridge and washing machine. The living room has games, a TV and DVD player – and the private garden has a large pond with outdoor seating and gas-fired BBQ.

We have beautifully converted an old pig sty into two deluxe bathrooms for guests to use. Both bathrooms contain power showers (one with waterfall effect) and these have been designed to provide the best possible experience.

Please note: The bathrooms are a short walk (max 1 minute) from the cabins. Despite being shared we ensure all our facilities are immaculately clean – this is something we take extremely seriously.

We can accommodate babies / infants in our cottage (The Old Coach House). Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any children under the age of 2 years old in our cabins – this is for health and safety reasons.

Time at the Hideaway is centred around a serene, tranquil oasis where all guests can relax and unwind. For this reason, we do not allow any group bookings / parties under any circumstances.

As advocates for creating wildlife preservation areas and members of Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust, unfortunately, we can not permit any pets on our site.

Our guests love the opportunity to truly submerse themselves in the natural flora and fauna that our site has to offer.

We get truly wonderful constellation displays in winter and provide lots of extra blankets for stargazing. There is also a firepit on the purpose built stargazing terrace. Generally Autumn and Spring are excellent times of the year due to having longer dark hours, but a warmer temperature.

Please bear in mind, should you wish to see star-filled skies, it’s best to avoid times around the full moon. This is because the bright light of the moon can wash out some of the stars.

Yes, we provide all bed linens and towels, including electric blankets for the beds to ensure guest comfort.

You’ll find the bathrooms fully stocked with full-size towels, medium-sized towels and face washers, allowing you to relax and enjoy your care-free stay here. (We also include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and other essentials you might need. Anything missing? Just ask.)

WiFi is provided in The Old Coach House. We do not provide any WiFi facility in the log cabins – we encourage guests to disconnect from the modern world and soak up the beautiful surroundings (however we do get a good 4G and 5G service).

If staying in one of our glamping cabins, it’s probably wise to bring clothes to cater for all the elements as it can get chilly in the colder months. We do provide lots of snuggly blankets, slippers and hot water bottles to keep you warm in the evening, however some slip-on shoes may also be useful for entering / leaving the bathrooms.

We also provide full dining ware and a mini fridge to store your essentials.

To ensure guests have the most relaxing break, enjoying the rural location and serene surroundings, we do not have hot tubs on-site.

We are driven to meet our water-reduction goals to increase our sustainability rating and reduce our overall environmental impact.
