The Little Bear is a beautifully crafted glamping cabin tucked beneath a canopy of trees in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Sheltered, secluded and decorated with love, this is the ultimate under the stars stay – where dusk brings a breathtaking display of twinkling dark skies and the only thing on your agenda is doing absolutely nothing.
This serene little hideaway is built for slowing down. Spend your evenings on the private deck watching the sun melt below the horizon, then stay out a little longer as the stars emerge overhead. The Little Bear’s secluded position away from light pollution makes it a truly special stargazing getaway – wrap up, look up and let the night sky do the rest.
Enjoy a glass of wine under a blanket of stars, listen to the sounds of nature and embrace the luxury of uninterrupted time with the one you love.
Inside you’ll find bespoke rustic furniture, a wonderfully comfortable double bed and soft fairy lighting to create magical evenings with loved ones. Mornings here are made for lazing – with nothing but birdsong through the woodland to gently rouse you.
The Little Bear is fully heated and equipped with electric blankets, hot water bottles and fluffy blankets for getting cosy outside. Inside you will also find dining ware, cutlery, games and adult colouring, a mini fridge, teas, coffees, hot chocolate and milk all provided.
The Little Bear boasts a private decked area tucked amongst the trees. Here you will find a gas-fired BBQ and seating area, perfectly positioned beneath the tree canopy so you can dine outside whatever the weather. Cook, eat and linger long into the evening with nothing but nature around you.
Also on site, is a large communal kitchen and dining room equipped with everything you could need. Boasting two ovens, two microwaves, toasters, fridge / freezer, cooking pots and pans, utensils and dining ware – every detail has been considered to ensure a comfortable stay.
A short stroll away you’ll find your own private bathroom furnished with fluffy towels, slippers and power showers – a refreshing treat after a night sleeping under the stars.
Aptly named, the Solis Terrace catches the sunshine from morning through to evening, making it the perfect spot for a slow breakfast with a cup of tea in hand. As the day winds down it transforms into one of the finest sunset viewing spots on the site – and once darkness falls, it becomes your very own stargazing terrace.

If you do choose to venture out, Louth has so much to offer from gorgeous architecture, amazing restaurants, and cosy pubs to beautiful park walks. And Mablethorpe beach is just a half-hour drive away.
Amazing experience for a solo traveller, not just for couples , just the place to kick off your shoes and connect with nature , I stayed in The Little Bear it is beautiful and cozy everything you need is on hand. Watching the sun set was magical from the decking area, I hoped to watch the stars but the rain came , listening to the bird song and even the downpour of rain was delightful. Jessica was lovely and if you needed anything was on hand to assist , I will visit again for sure, well done Stewton Stars the pleasure was all mine
Had a great night at the Little Bear Cabin. The place was very peaceful and full of nature. We even saw a badger which was a first for us. The cabin was surprisingly roomy on the inside, with a comfy bed as well as tea, coffee, biscuits and even games to play. The bathroom was about a 30-second walk away in a separate building but was at the end of a well-lit and very scenic path. Overall it was a great place for a romantic evening and also had good recommendations for restaurants in Louth (Which was a short 5-minute drive away). Would definitely come again.
