The Old Coach House is a beautifully decorated self-catering holiday cottage near Louth, Lincolnshire – perfect for small families looking for a peaceful break surrounded by nature. With its own private, secluded garden and thoughtful home comforts throughout, this is a place to truly switch off and recharge.
Step outside and you’ll find one of the finest features of this holiday cottage in Lincolnshire – a tranquil garden where birdsong is your only soundtrack. Lounge on the rattan furniture beneath the pagoda, draped in flower and grape vines, or fire up the gas BBQ and dine al-fresco under the stars. The large fish-stocked pond adds to the peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to forget the outside world entirely.
Games, DVDs and children’s activities are all provided for your enjoyment. WiFi is available too, though we gently encourage guests to disconnect for a few days and let the Lincolnshire countryside do its thing.
Wildlife lovers will feel right at home. The grounds are alive with rabbits, squirrels, pheasants, deer, foxes and a resident owl population that hoots away on an evening – a truly magical sound to enjoy with your morning cup of tea.
The Old Coach House has a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and plenty of fluffy towels and slippers – everything you need for a comfortable, fuss-free stay.
Darren and Jessica were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will be going back. Beautiful location with a quiet and secluded walled garden which was beautiful in it’s Autumn colours. The Old Coach House exceeded our expectations, it was spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard.
The accommodation was nicely decorated and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. It was very warm and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was very spacious, with plenty of towels. The best thing for us was the location, which was incredibly quiet and there was no light pollution. Total peace and quiet. The private outdoor garden area was also a bonus.
The silence and peace was just perfect. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed the grounds. The apartment is totally exclusive, with your own space and your own private garden. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with every comfort you could possibly want. A real home from home experience.
